The Responsible Sourcing Tool: A New Resource for Supply Chain Integrity

ATEST member agency Verité, in parternship with the U.S. State Department’s Office to Monitor and Combat Trafficking in Persons and several NGOs, has launched a new online tool to combat human trafficking in supply chains. The Responsible Sourcing Tool, available here, helps stakeholders visualize risk across sectors and commodities through an interactive platform. The site also provides a one-stop directory of U.S. regulations related to anti-trafficking compliance requirements, as well as templates and guidelines to help industries follow them. Beyond those specific documents, the Responsible Sourcing Tool provides outside resources, case studies, and background materials on supply chain transparency and accountability.
